Connelly Capital has assisted The Tustin Group, LLC (TTG) in the acquisition of Tilley Fire Equipment Company (TILLEY), based in Doylestown, PA. TILLEY sells, installs and maintains fire suppression systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities in the Philadelphia area.

Connelly Capital managed this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to the acquirer of TILLEY and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties. Senior Partner Francisco Uriarte managed this transaction.
