Connelly Capital has assisted the shareholders of New York Wiping and Industrial Products Co., Inc. (Safety Zone) in selling the Company to ARAMSCO, LLC. The operation of Safety Zone will be integrated into Aramsco’s existing Puerto Rico operation. The combination of Aramsco and Safety Zone, creates one of the island’s largest industrial safety supplies distributor.
