Connelly Capital has assisted Resolve Holding Corporation (RHC), in acquiring a majority stake in Puerto Rico Medical Defense Insurance Company (PRMDIC), a medical malpractice insurer, who as part of this transaction, was converted from a mutual insurer to a stock insurer.

Connelly Capital managed this transaction, providing financial modeling, valuation and other financial advisory services to RHC and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties. Senior Partner Francisco Uriarte managed this transaction.
