Connelly Capital has assisted the managers of Puerto Rico FBO, LLC (PRFBO) in selling the Company to Hill Aviation, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Modern Aviation. The operation of PRFBO will be integrated into Modern’s existing Puerto Rico operation. The combination of Modern and PRFBO, creates one of the island’s largest fixed base operators.

Connelly Capital managed this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to the managers of PRFBO and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties. Senior Partner Francisco Uriarte managed this transaction.
