Connelly Capital has assisted The Tustin Group, LLC (TTG) in the acquisition of certain assets from QSA HVAC (QSA), based in North New Jersey. QSA sells, installs and maintains heat, ventilation and air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities in the Norther New Jersey area. 

Connelly Capital managed this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to the acquirer of QSA and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties. Senior Partner Francisco Uriarte managed this transaction.
