Connelly Capital has assisted The Tustin Group, LLC (TTG) in the acquisition of certain assets from Fort Pitt Group (FPG), based in Maryland. FPG sells, installs and maintains heat, ventilation and air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities in the Maryland area. 

Connelly Capital managed this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to the acquirer of FPG and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties. Senior Partner Francisco Uriarte managed this transaction.
