Connelly Capital has assisted Caribe Landscaping (CL), in selling the Company to Valley Crest, LLC., a Michael S. Dell company consolidating the commercial landscaping space. The operation of CL will be fully integrated into Valley Crest’s Puerto Rico operation.

Connelly Capital managed this transaction, providing valuation and other financial advisory services to the acquirer of CL and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties. Senior Partner Francisco Uriarte managed this transaction.
