Connelly Capital has assisted ASI Abroad, LLC (ASI) an affiliate of the Aireko Companies, in the acquisition of a majority stake in The Tustin Group, LLC (TTG), based in Norristown, Pennsylvania. TTG sells, installs and maintains heat, ventilation and air conditioning systems; building control systems and water systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area. 

Connelly Capital managed this transaction, providing M&A criteria definitions, sourcing, valuation and other financial advisory services to the acquirer of TTG and negotiated the ultimate transaction between the parties. Senior Partner Francisco Uriarte managed this transaction.
